Harrison was born in December 2015 with complications which presented him with breathing and eating difficulties. This required support from the amazing Nurses and Doctors in the Royal Surrey SCBU.

He was born on the 22nd December meaning his parents spent Christmas in hospital with him and the Nurses and Doctors whom all give their lives selflessly to helping those in need.

This could have been a dreadful time for Harrison’s parents, however it became one of the most special Christmases the family has ever had with the care received for Harrison and his parents, along with gifts on Christmas morning bringing the family to tears on more than one occasion.

Harrison is now a happy healthy little boy, who is about to celebrate his 3rd birthday, however had it not been for the SCBU unit it could have been a very different story. Forever in their debt, our Head of HR and her husband, have the full support of Powertutors in raising money and awareness of this wonderful, life saving facility.
